 The back bedroom is roomy and overlooks the patio. The inset window photo gives an idea of the great views to Madrona. This window is in front of the bed to the right. Behind the photo is the big walk-in closet and the door is out of sight to the left.

This area has a laundry room, a full bath and a door to leading to the back patio. The perimeter of the space was designed with below grade drainage to ensure a dry space. The hi-tech dual range boiler for the radiant heat is in a convenient storage room.
 
 This is the second spacious bath. The floor is newly tiled to complement to hip vanity. The in-set photo show a detail of the vanity with a floating sink. The vanity is flanked by two sconces and the shower is fully tiled.
