You step into the home from a covered front porch that extends the full width of the house. The formal entry has a beautiful front door with beveled design. |
| |

The living room has original fir floor, picture moldings and soaring ceiling height. The room get natural throughout day. The room has warm tones with a rich accent color. An architectual arch opens to the kitchen just out of the photo to the left. |

This is another view of the living room. The formal entry is just beyond the area. Notice the original fir floor. |

The spacious kitchen has an eating space in the foreground and expansive counters beyond. There's also a large island with a lot of storage. The formal dining room is to the left of the photo. On back from the kitchen is an ample office space with French doors to the magnificent back yard. The main floor's full bath is thru this room. This could also be a great guestroom with a full bath. |

This is the kitchen looking back towards the living room. The eating space is in the far left corner. The dining room and open stair case are to the right of the photo. There is also access to the full basement with garage. The basement has the laundry room, storage and another large space for tons of storage. The foundation of the home was earthquaked during the extensive renovation. Oh yeah - did I mention the garage? In the city! |

This is the dining room with similar soaring ceilings and fir floors as the rest of the house. The kitchen is to the left and the dramatic open staircase is behind where this photo is taken. This room has two windows allowing natural light all day. |
| |
 |
This is the grand open staircase adjacent to the dining room. There are high windows above the stairs again allowing the sun shine in. |

This is a composite photo of the office space behind the kitchen. The top photo is one side presently used as an office. There are a full run of windows above the desk. A bed would fit perfectly here as well. Just beyond the desk area is a closet and double French doors to the incredible back yard. The lower photo is the opposite side of the office with storage shelving. The closed door leads to the full bath with a linen closet. At the end of the room are the French doors. |

This is the master suite with tall vaulted ceilings. There is storage under the window seat that has great views looking towards Madrona and the Cascades. To the rght of the photo is the large walk-in closet which also has a small window. The master bath is right behind where the picture is taken. |

 |
This is one of the coolest rooms in the house. The upper floor takes a modern twist in it's design. Behind where the photo is taken is space for a queen-sized bed. The loft above run the full length of the room with another space big enough for another bed. The double slider leads to an upper deck overlooking the back yard. As throughout the house care and attention was made to allow maximum natural light. There are windows on all three walls. |
| |
 |
Along the full length of the house front-to-back is a chic n hip cable-light system. The light system starts in this room and each light fixture has it's own character. You can see the wonderful back yard thru the doors to the deck. There's wonderful hallway leading to the master bedroom with high transom windows adding to the spacious feel of the house. Down the hall is the guest bath and another bedroom. |

 |
This is the master bath. There are double vanities - each with it's own mirror. In the first mirror the fully tiled tub surround is reflected. The toilet area is against the back wall beyond the tub. The floors in this room are tiled. Along the full length of the vanity is a high transom window allowing more light into the room. |

This is looking over the back yard from the deck off the loft bedroom. The garden gently terraces down from the sitting area. The are two cherry trees, two Asian pear trees and an apricot tree. A garden this lush is not often found in in-city neighborhoods. |

 |
This garden view looks back towards the house. There are additional yard spaces on both sides of the house. There aren't many lots this large in neighborhoods this close to town. This is an incredible home, a terrific yard on one of Seattle's best streets. |
