This is the grand entry from two locations. The photo on the left is from the first landing heading upstairs. The living room fireplace is straight through the double pocket doors. The front door is out shot on the left. The photo on the right is from the pocket doors looking up to the first landing. The entry bench opens and is lined with cedar. The beautiful paneling in the entry matches the paneling in the dining room. |

The living room has new gas logs in the fireplace. The crown piece along the ceiling is a replication and exactly matches the crown in the dining room to the right. All the windows in this room are new double paned. |

This is from the living room looking through the small hutches with leaded glass doors into the dining room with awesome boxed beams. The leaded doors in the small hutches match those in the large hutch at the far end of the dining room. There's a bay window to the left with a beautiful radiator for heat. The new radiator boiler is computer controlled with 2 sensors - one inside and another outside. The electronics calculate the operation of the boiler for maximum efficiency. |

 |
The dining room has beautiful wainscoting with double-ridged plate rail all around the room. On both sides of the hutch are leaded windows - one is new - bet you can't tell. The kitchen is through the swinging door at the right. There's a secret door that opens to the kitchen and a laundry shoot to the basement! |

The kitchen has slab granite counters and a farm-style undermount sink. The cabinets are custom made of cherry and they are under lit. The backsplash is tile in the running brick pattern. To the right of the sink is the door to a deck and chef's garden. You also have access to the 2-car garage and workshop. |

This is the deck off the kitchen - now completed with handcrafted railings. The 2-car garage is to the left and the chef's garden is just beyond the deck. The photo is taken from the private driveway. |

The upstairs bathroom has all new tile surround and pedestal sink. The plumbing is completely updated. |
| |
 |
The bath's original tile with Greek key pattern is in excellent condition. |

This composite photo gives a good indication of the front room's dimension. All the bedrooms have walk-in closets with windows. It's very unusual for this vintage of home to have such spacious closets. Notice the refinished radiator. From the point this photo is taken is a window that has a full on view of the downtown skyline. |

 |
This is the large middle bedroom full of sunshine. To the rear left is the walk-in closet - all the closets have lights and windows. |
| |
 |
The back bedroom looks out to the back yard and overlooks neighboring gardens. As does all bedrooms there's a walk-in closet. |
| |
 |
The finished basement is wired for entertainment. Between the windows are the connections for a wall-mount plasma TV. There's also 2 other locations for a TV hook-up. |

This is a another area of the basement with space for games or office. On the stair landing is a door to the outside path. Down the short hall to the left is another bathroom with a cool glass shower and huge storage closet. Beyond the bath is a gargantuan laundry area and a door to the back yard. |
